the pinout for the 9 pin connector is the same on the EZ-Guide Plus and the EZ-Guide 500. I use a 9 pin F-F null modem to attach either of the units to my laptop PC for data logging and diagnostic work. The port splitter cable 52033 and remote keypad works the same on both units.
