I wasn't trying to chastise you for holding him to that price, I was just trying to show why he might have been asking the price that he was to start with because I didn't feel it was right to "reward" the low baller just because he shot the deal. It was his decision to meet that price and thats fine. I'm glad you gave him the chance to do that. "Plus it wouldnt be right to buy one off elsewhere and expect the local guy to handle the warranty and updates." I really respect that.

It just strikes a nerve when someone takes the low ball deal from someone else then wants you to do their service work for free (or next to it). I wasn't implying that was your goal, just saying it happens.
