Hey guys, I think it is great to have a head's-up when dealing with less-than-honest practices but we probably need to be real careful so we don't maline some innocent outfit or give some outfit determined to earn a poor reputation cause for legal action.

When you speak of Producer's Livestock Marketing Assoc you could be talking about http://www.producerslivestock.com/ or http://www.plmcoop.com/prohm.html or ??????

I don't have a dog in this fight, but when we start naming names and using strong language we sometime attract more legal attention than we care to defend.  There are people I could tell you that "I don't trust and would not do business with" and you can draw your own conclusions from that but I try not to place myself in a position where someone could claim I have liabled/slandered them.
