I'm pretty sure that SMS will generate your GS1 prescriptions and setup cards for you.   That will be your best option.  

On the JDO import, you don't assign the seed rate to each polygon.   You assign a management zone identifier to each polygon, and then you make a table for Rx Seed generation where you says all polygons with a specific identifier get 30,000 seeds per acre.   It was designed to work from soil type maps, where you would say all "Crosby" soils get 30,000 seeds per acre.
