When I was 9-10 yrs old.........he would ..........."Say..........I need you to mow off the pasture with the 8N..........but first you need to clean out your aunt's chicken house!"

I hated that chicken house.......old pole roosts in it..........hadn't seen sunlight for 187 years............I would take an hour shower everynight for a week, and could still feel those lice crawling down my back for two weeks thereafter...........

But my uncle played me like a Pavlov's dog...........dangle "tractor driving" in front of my nose, and I'd do anything.........
