| I have an 8220 ils with autotrac and lately it has decided not to function just after startup. When engaged it will turn to the left and then drop out with a SSU 111 code coming up. After a while, sometimes half an hour it will then decide to work and will continue to function normally all day and into the night. If the tractor is switched off for a short period 1/2 hr it will resume working without trouble but if it left for an hour or more it will be back to the beginning again. It seems to be a combination of oil temperature and use that alows the unit to function normally, it's as though something is sticking. I have tried contacting Stellar support and our local dealer, however they don't seem to have much idea apart from fitting a new EH valve block (good for them @ $5000). This may well be the beginning of a complete unit failure (a bit over 2000hrs), but the local dealers haven't come across this circumstance before. | |
