This is a laptop based system for US 299.- (software only) developed by a farmer. Depending on your needs for accuracy you get a decent antenna and you are ready to go. Most inexpensive antenna is maybe the Garmin 18 - 5Hz (about US 200.- ) however there are mized reports on its accuracy and usability for agriculture guidance.
I use the Novatel Smartantenna, which works great for me. (about 600 US + cable)
