Soutwest Ks. | Tuck: It's not quite as simple as hooking up a Baseline and running. You will need to change software in your S2 and probably get an updated antennae. In the two years I've had this equipment that is what I have had to do to mine. It could be that if your S2 is less than a year old that it will have the software to accept RTK, but I don't think that software was included in any S2 package unless you purchased Baseline. In any case I believe that some of this Outback equip. is going to be hitting the used market at greatly reduced prices if Outback starts offering some Beeline components. | |
