I cheat a little. I spray the stubble & ground under the conditioner with 2/3 oz acre of Mustang as I'm cutting. gets 90%& of the weevil & very few of the benificals for less than a $1 acre.
Don't see those "brown sawths" after the hay get's baled.
It's costing you $3-8 a day to wait. Depending on your market
