Scott City, KS | You know, this is a little crazy. The radar quit working on my laptop a couple days ago. Five hours after posting this question, Java pops up in the corner wanting to install some updates. These updates fixed my problem. I still don't know why I was getting NWS radars for other regions of the country to show up without the Java update. Oh well, problem solved.
