Subject: Re: EZ Guide 500/EZ Steer using Headland Pattern

Highland co. Ohio
I use it with a 30ft drill on wass. Works well on fairly straight headlands just make sure to grab the wheel 100ft (or more) before a corner or it will try to cut the corner off. It also seems to try and make a light bulb on the turn, turning slightly to the left before a right hand turn ect.
The other problem is with small fields, it can cut off part of the fields headland with some kidney shaped fields I have where the headlands almost touch each other in the middle. The 500 makes the 2nd & 3rd headlands small circles on one end of the field, but the AB guidance works fine on the other end.

in edit, just saw this question.
Once you drive in to the field the guidance stays on the AB unless you leave the field or drive along the headland for a while, I usualy swing out into the field after the headlands is done so I can line up with the AB
