I agree one of the flattest places on earth almost.
Went to College up there in Crookston.
I was up there for the Flood of 97 and helped do alot of sandbagging and helping people move into Gyms and such after the rivers got out.
At night you can see cars comming from many miles away, you could always slow down in plenty of time.
