Auburn, Indiana | If you're using Version 10 or higher, when you reinstall (I agree with Don that odds are you've lost everything in the memory) make sure that you have a data card in the card slot of the Pocket PC. When you install you'll have an option to install to the card. This will result in the program being installed to the memory with a backup to the card. If the iPAQ ever dies again, you can just put the card into the slot and the program will get reinstalled. Also, if you're not already doing this, be sure to select the card for the storage location when you start a new job.
