Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | You indicate that you have been successful in reading SRAM cards with XP. We have not been successful and have had to read them into an older laptop and then transfer them via another storage device.
With the older laptop we inserted the two special lines in the Config.sys file as indicated in the Help Menu. This laptop is running Win98.
The result of these lines seems to be some permanent drives with fixed letters that are reserved for the SRAM cards. Are you saying that your XP machine loaded some special drivers on its own in the first session with an SRAM card and then recognizes them from then on
Or did you do your perform some specific action to cause this to happen?
