NW North Dakota | Thanks for the info. Our chickpeas ran 1600 lbs per acre here. the price is at about 29 (US) cent per pound, so that equals about $639.45 per metric ton, or $17.40 (US) per bushel. This is for the large kabuli type. Is a pretty good crop for us year in year out. Although there was a very large learning curve at the begining of starting to raise them. They are not for the faint of heart... | |
