Cost is a open ended question,you already have the main cost covered that being a RTK investment to aquire the proper Z reference to create your TIN Surface..
You would need a hydraulic Kit.and Design Software.Or use a laser Grade System in conjunction with a hydraulic kit and laser Receiver.
