Saskatchewan, big whitetail country!!! | A puffball. So named because when you go back when it is dry and grey, and kicck it, the spores will blow out of the small hole in the top in a cloud of PUFFFFFFFF! I still can't resist kiccking 'em in when I come across one. Brings out the kid in me I guess. You can eat them, but yours is not as young as it should be when you eat 'em. Should be white as can be, with no roughness. |
