sounds like a lot of work. the pic looks like the ground is ready to be planted in. some local guys here follow a similar procedure, but they instead plant into what you are plowing. so i ask, why are you plowing that ground? do you need to dry it somemore, i suppose. Oh yeah, a reread showed to break down berry chemical.
Some good friends of ours deep rip right before the plow, in corn silage stubble, but then again, there is no sod to disrupt the plowing.
I guess each different soil and year has its own style, eh?
