It made a Crop
Last fall prove to me long term on-till does not rut much. I have a 1660 with 30.5s nieghor has 9560 with 30.5. We both shelled corn along a fence row the sameday. He deep rips each fall ahead of corn. His combine made 6-8" ruts. Mine rutted about 1-2". I only had to places where I cuts 4-6" ruts on a couple passes. I did nothing to them ahead to the Drill.

We did make some ruts where we pulled wagons out.. All we did there was run a disk over that area set at about 1-2" made 2 passes over it and the harrow level them..

Like others says that a "here" thing and our soils.
