one acre equals 43,560 square feet ... so a bushel per acre on the ground would be 2 seeds per square foot.
So 15 bushels would be (rounding off) say 35 per 144 square inches ... or one kernel per 2"x2" area. If 10% germinate and root, that is still a nice green field. :)
