| There is great potential here for ideas to beat the dust.
I remember a formation of seven of us direct cutting wheat once at dark with a tailwind and we just had to call it a day as visibility was almost zero up ahead and things were going to get dangerous. Reminds me of flying into the clag in my aircraft. Forget about looking outside when this happens, go on instruments right now or I'll loose the whole works and 'buy the farm'.
Chopped straw and dust coming out of the tail end of a combine would be a good one for a smart idea to almost eliminate the dust. | |
