Driftless SW Wisconsin | The salt on mushrooms idea was not mine but a response from another poster that works. Not exactly a discovery like the theory of relativity but useful when you have a mushroom problem! (don't have a relativity problem that I know of yet) I don't think moss is a fungus like mushrooms. Easy to try salt though. I think sri's idea of zinc seems like an answer. Maybe try both different things. Nice to have a non toxic low cost answer. I think you can buy zinc foot powder at a drug store easily to try....If Einstein was only on NAT.... nice to meet your family this summer. Jim at Dawn
