Should store just fine, just keep checking, don't forget about it. I know we all do but that corn is our income, just like checking your account balances.
One farmer told me you have to heat that corn up to keep it any length of time. I said you must be sealing that tissue around the kernal, he said that makes sense, never heard of it.
