NW Ohio | We just installed our today. It's running the 24 hour scan now. As to the previous post, the base station runs off of 12 volts. A small lawnmower battery is used, with a trickle charger running off of 120 volts feeding it. I think the base station runs off of less than 1 amp. It's not very much. This battery will be a backup for awhile if power is lost at the grain facility, and if we should get a hicup in the electric from the power company. | |
