I've had it done many times here is So. East Ohio. Our double crop in these areas most often is a crop of calves after corn!

In any event, it has worked pretty well. Getting stands with this heavier residue seems to be the biggest issue. You may have different disease issues and in these areas we aren't expecting 80-100 bushels wheat--more like 50--but that's how it's worked when I've seen wheat following corn.
