Subject: Crop yield reports from My market adviser

Tekonsha Mi.
Here is what my grain buyer sent me how accurate is he?

Any of you guy out here around these areas think these are true?

Illinois Corn
450 acres of corn in Chatham, IL (4 miles south of Springfield) - 232.7 bpa

New Boston,Ill - corn running 17/20% haven't heard anybody below
200 bpa -- a lot of guys running 230/240.

Fulton, IL - 240 bpa @ 24% moist -- would figure 212 bpa at 15%.

Iowa Corn
Boone, IA: Averaging 180-185 bpa with 18% moisture

Nebraska Corn
Kearney NE - 150 bpa dry land corn. Seed corn is about 10%better than what they thought across the board. Irrigated fields are making 210 bpa, vs expectations of 190 bpa.

Carleton, NE: averaging 185-190 bpa 13-15% moisture….on the high side of expectations

Minnesota Corn
SW MN, Lyon County - 154 BPA. Small parcel, as expected to slightly better

Kansas Corn
Garnet, Kansas - south of KC 60 miles near the Missouri border.
Harvest fairly active. Corn is dry, 14.5 to 16, and yields from what I hear are better than normal. Most years in this area 90-110 bu would satisfy, this year its been 120-140 and some 150.

Kansas: South-central district probably 75% complete with dry land corn and just getting started with irrigated corn. Average dry land yield 90 bpa versus 50+ last year (if it was cut at all) and its about what was expected . Central district probably 50% complete with dry land and just starting irrigated. Average dry land yield 125 bpa vs 60 bpa a year ago versus expectations of 100. Both bean and sorghum harvest 2 or 3 weeks off yet.

Hiawatha, Kansas (NE Kansas) - 135 BPA corn----about 10% above last year but well below best years near 200 BPA--should have harvested sooner as moisture @ 14%.

Kentucky Corn
Smiths Grove, KY - got 250 bpa off a 60 acre field. He thinks it's the
best in the state. Has a field less than a mile away he expects to only
get 75-80. Then again, he said he only expected 125-150 on the 250 bpa
field.

Ohio Corn

Dayton, Ohio - 170-185 bpa #2yc 19%.This is 20-35 bu. above expectations....triple stack genetics and fungicide used.

Minnesota Beans:
SW MN Early bean cut, Earliest Maturity beans
1. Tracy= 42 BPA
2. 2Redwood County= 50BPA
