Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | We have set up Khrones and now mostly Yamatakes for Liquid Manure situations with Raven control systems. Since the Deere system is supposed to work with Raven type components, it would seem like your request should be possible.
We have not done that exact combination however. It would probably be best to gain some experience in using the Deere system in a sprayer type situation since the results are more predictable.
The manure situation is much more difficult to work with for a variety of reasons (no matter whose equipment you use). Metering and control are much more complicated than in a sprayer. In a sprayer, at least you have a consistent product being controlled and delivered by a consistent system. In a manure situaton, the product is changing, the control system is not very precise and the distribution system is weak at best. |
