I'll assume your bin has metal slotted floor?

I got a roll of 65# mono fishing string (misnomer). Then run a broad-headed metal screw in the floor directly under the sensor cable. Tie your best square knot in the sensor & fasten the other end of monofilament around the screw with a knot that you can tighten. You can do a double layer if you would like. That WILL hold the sensor cable while filling. I've never found the monofilament broken when we empty the bin...always intact. BUT-a moving sweep or powersweep will shear the monofilament easily without even moving the cable much at all.

Works for us every yr. I just tied mine back down a couple days ago.
