Mid Michigan | We have a lot of canary grass growing on our wetlands and I hate the stuff. It is overwhelming in the summer when it gets 6 feet tall and very thick. You can hardly walk through it. I want to spray roundup on every bit of it. It just spreads everywhere. I have considered going down there and baling it and giving it to the neighbors to feed their cows in the winter. I have learned it is darn near impossible to brush hog the stuff. Takes a lot of power to mow it down. | |
