Is the title of your post misleading? This wasn't a field where you were seeing baseball sized ears and several blanks, right? This was simply a headline application that yielded 15 bushels less than the untreated strip, correct?
What I have pictured in my head when I see "headline damage" is about a 100-150 bushel per acre loss compared to the check strip.
