It will not be a problem with nitrogen but with accumulating phosphates.
With a high pH soil a lot of the phosphate will become tied up as a calcium phosphate, but it can still be a water quality problem.
They will have to clear anything they do with the water quality people anyway, being a animal confinement operation. | |
