Adding water after the fact is not the best way to do it unless you have a good agitation system.  Done it, Did it, prolly not again.

we will be getting in 4000 ton here in a month after I get the containment and the tanks moved in and will be injecting the water in the line coming off the truck with an automatic system.  I think that will be the best way to do it cause our tanks have no agitation.
