Subject: P and K used by corn?

Eastern Iowa
I was looking on the Iowa State website for P and K recommendations in a corn on corn environment. They had a break down of how many lbs per acre different crops used including corn. If I read it right, they were saying that for every bushel of corn harvested, approximately .375 lbs of P were used and .3 lbs of K were used. Is that an accurate guess of removal rate? How do you guys figure your removal rate based off of your yields?
