We have the other herbicide problem where it didn't rain enough to activate the herbicide then we got a little rain and BOOM the crop was pretty big to spray.
Gromoxone would be my choice but whichever one is cheaper is good. If it is that wet, should have a quick kill but I like the contact killer for that reason.
