Subject: Re: 8010 gps problems with pro 600 monitor

Wondering if the issue is seeing the main gps satellites? or simply the waas signal? If the issue is the waas correction, it may help to heed health from only 1 satellite. Either 135 or 138 are correct now. If the receiver location is near where the strength of 135 and 138 is similar, it may be getting confused trying to lock onto 1 of them. Completely agree about clearing out the ram. Excellent idea there. Other thought would be if there are strings turned on which are not needed. I do not know the equipment, but it may need gga, vtg, etc. Always a good idea to turn off any unneeded strings. Again, they can confuse equipment.
