Subject: RE: The New HRWW Varieties

South Central Kansas
My Fuller made 28 bu per acre this year after the devastating Easter freeze. It was no-tilled after beans on October 31. Nothing else came within 10 bushels of it. The freeze really smacked it down, but because it was not as far along, it recovered better from the freeze than any variety I had.

Wheat harvest was a total disaster here. Mostly 3 to 8 bu per acre and 48 to 52 lb test weights. Glad we had CRC crop insurance. Looked like the crop of a lifetime before April 7.
