Subject: As we speak, things are changing.

Little River, TX
There is a large and extensive circulation of water from the Indian Ocean that eventually reaches the Eastern Pacific Ocean.

About a week ago I read where the cycle in the middle of the Pacific is changing so this unusually, for Texas, wet summer will be replaced by our more usual Summer Drought.

I do not know how things have been cycling for you but we have had 2 years of drought followed by one wet year. This is how we maintain our average rainfall. After this last year we may require 3 or more years of drought to get back to average moisture.

It is all perfectly normal. Never see an average year, just drought or floods.
