Mid Michigan | No Doubt! We finally got a normal rain for 2 whole days now. I am right in mid michigan too and I also have 1 1/2 inches in the rain guage. I just want to see some of the grass start to grow again. The crops are pretty much decided what they will yield but the lawns and even the trees were starting to falter. Actually today looks like a fall november deer hunting weather type of day. Has constantly drizzled and we haven't had to put up with the violence of a terrible thunderstorm either. I haven't heard one rumble of thunder and that is fine for me. I walked around the Oakley tractor show yesterday in the rain and if felt great! Even had mud. Nobody seemed to care. Finally, some free, life giving water fell from the sky. | |
