Springfield, MN | I am hearing people say you have the best yields ever in Illinois and I am hearing bad. So from you folks just what are crop conditions like?
In my area of SC MN we have had problems. Real heavy ground is OK but anything marginal is dried up. So today we got an excellent rain of almost 2" very slow. But it is too late for many. Some are chopping silage and say the ears are small and almost black layered, so rain is of little benefit. | |
