Subject: RE: EZ-Steer Settings on a 1254 Rogator...

nc ks
I have a 97 854 which is older than yours but is a pretty decent machine that I just put ez steer on and I'm still tweaking but it is working pretty well. I have the main agressiveness set at 101 to 106 depending on how rolling the ground is, the more rolling, the lower I have to set it to keep it from hunting side to side at times. I think I have the engage aggressisveness set at 106 but I'd have to check for sure. If you think my settings would help you, let me know which ones you want and I'll look them up for you. I was hoping several people would respond so I could see where my settings were in comparison. Like I said, it's working pretty good, but I always like to here what others are doing in hopes of making things better. On flat ground at 13 MPH it stays mostly 0.0 to 02" off with the occasional
3". The dealer thinks it should do better as we get it adjusted but he mainly deals in the auto pilot.
