This really has no teeth to it and nothing will change. Why? Well, if your 3 month rolling average is over 400, you can by a variance for $150 to be OVER the 400,000. The variance is good for one year. So in effect you have a year to get it under 400. Then you can do the EXACT same thing again! So cousinit you should have no worries, you can buy the variance.....you can afford the $150 right??? I'll have no worries either, i'm well under 400. | |
