Subject: Windbreaks in doorways

Columbia City, Indiana
I was wanting to hang some sort of mat or plastic sheeting in the opening of a shed where my calves are going to be this winter. They walk through the shed, water in the lot on one side and feeder in the lot on the other side. They stay inside to get out of the weather, but the openings are on the east side and west side, so I'm afraid some nasty winds could get to blowing through there when it gets really cold. I was wondering about hanging something in the doorways that they could walk through but that would help slow the wind down some. Some sort of rubber/plastic curtain. I'm not sure if I'm describing it right but I was wondering if anyone has done this and what they would recommend. TIA.

This is as close as I can come to a sketch of the layout. W = waterer, F= Feeder, and c = the openings where I'd like to hang the curtains where the calves walk through. They can also get out of the wind, by standing on the side of the barn away from the way it's blowing.
