It's far from perfect but it's better than doing nothing. I like that it isn't a government program. I also agree the herd retirements weren't that great of a deal but I feel that when 2009 was going on we were grabbing for anything to stop the bleeding. I will continue to support CWT because I feel I am getting a return on the money that goes into the program through their export assistance efforts.
