Southern Middle Tennessee | Thanks for all the responses. Lots of good information to be had on here if you just ask. There are a few people that are totally against having cows. I see alot of people in my area that utilize cattle and rowcrops and they seem to be doing better than the ones that are strictly cattle or strictly crops. I've always thought its better to spread your risk around.
I've thought about the sale barn track but I probably would be getting somebody else's troubles. From what little I've been around the sale barn it seems thats where people take the trouble makers...lol If I start to build one I'd like to do it the right way and buy some good cattle. THe return would be better.
