I emailed the guys over at Cornell, but have not received a response yet. In the meantime, I continued playing with the program and figured out the problem. I turned off some of the nutrient constraints and it worked. Now I need to go back and tweek the constraints and figure out which one was causing the problem. Thanks for your reply.
