Subject: Connecting EZ-Guide to AFS Universal Display

I have the 87302445 serial connector connected to what I believe is the null modem cable of the ez guide plus. I have the ez guide plus outputing N81 baud rate 4800 with GGA, GSA, VTG, and RMC turned on. The ez guide plus is receiving the signal from the receiver but the universal display is not. Any help or ideas on why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.
