I know the Balancer/Gelbvieh guys like to talk about the continental/Euro-Exotic mix but our angus cows were never straight enough angus to see that "pop" like we expected.
I never saw what everyone else did in Balancer/Gelbvieh, and weve had them. We learned to like Simangus over Balancer, And I used to not like Simangus.
Only calves we ever had out of a white bull and F1s were the ones the neighbors bull broke in and fathered. And they grew like weeds. |
