We did a lot of this a couple years ago. The epoxy from Vanberg worked pretty well. You need to use a lot of silica sand when mixing it we figured 250 pounds for a 1000 head barn. After you apply it to the slat come back about 20 minutes later and broadcast over the epoxy until it looks dry, come back in another 15 minutes and you might need to do it again. I have used the koncorite some didn't seem to work as well. Use the clear epoxy not the gray it will hold better. The best product I have used is called perma crete. The draw back on it is it is hard to work with very sticky.
