Had both in the sprayer today to compare and test.

I only ran the 500 a couple times for spring fertilizer and I have been running just the plus for spraying but got both today.

I would set the ab lines on both units while setting still on the ends in the same spot.  Then when I was on the other side of the quarter (1/2 mile) the they would be 2 feet off from each other.  Seem like they where almost always a foot different.  I could never get them the on the same "line".  THe plus was set a 119 feet and the 500 was 120 with foot overlap. Plus had 1 second lookahead and foot led spacing, and 500 was the same and I tried to move the lookahead from the 500 down to 0 and then 2 seconds and back to 1. 

I could hold the Plus on green all the way across the field while the 500 would bounce on the first red dot either side of center.

After 400 acres of that I had to shut one off, hard enuff to chase one light!!! try two once!!!!!!!!  lol

I would assume the 500 is harder to stay "green" because of the faster updateing of the gps. 

Jsut a stupid little test today,  Prolly not much gain by it! lol
