Back when I rented out baggers, I charged $2/ft for an 8 footer and $3/ft for a 10 footer. This is just for the use of the machine, I did not provide any service like delivery or setup for that amount. If your guy is providing labor and machine for $300, enjoy it while it lasts because he won't be doing it for long. Soon his machine will be wore out and he won't have any money to fix or replace it.
